Customers prefer Le Labo's unique and authentic scents. Le Labo will post some videos of daily perfume processes and raw ingredients harvesting on social platforms, which appeal customers effectively and potentially builds a trust with them. They are increasingly willing to know how the products they use are created.

Experiential Activity

BEFORE BEGINNING:​

Le Labo will distribute activity information about the event through both social media and printing flyers. Customers who post anything about Le Labo on social media with a hashtag #MyLelabo will be eligible to participate in the event. 20 lucky customers will be randomly selected from all participants and invited to the store to create their own perfume.

During:​

At Lelabo, our team of professional perfumers will provide customers with step-by-step guidance to help them create their own personalized perfume. During the activity, customers who share photos or videos of the activity scenes on social media will get surprising exclusive gifts by Le Labo.

After:​

Customers can take their unique handcrafted perfumes home with distinct custom labels made from Le Labo.
